Terms of Business for Seeking Out, Referrals, and Identification of Claims or Potential Claims.

Palmira Capital Limited (“Palmira”) is a Claims Management Company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of regulated claims management activities, Firm Reference Number 838259. Registered in England and Wales under company number 11357812.

Our areas of work:
Please note that not all claims management leads we generate are regulated. Please see the list below of those that are regulated:

  • Personal Injury Claims

  • Financial Services or Product Claims

  • Housing Disrepair Claims

  • Specified Benefit Claims

  • Criminal Injury Claims

  • Employment-Related Claims

If you ask us to do so, our panel members will agree to file a claim on your behalf based on the terms of this agreement. However, please note that we cannot provide legal advice, and our service is limited to the process and administration of the compensation claims mentioned above.

It's important to know that you aren't required to use a claims management company to make a claim. You have the right to use any appropriate regulatory bodies free of charge to assist with your claim, including:

No Win No Fee Claim

The success fee for our No Win No Fee service depends on the type of claim you are making and the expert panel member we recommend for your case. It varies depending on the area of law your claim falls under and the panel member we refer you to.

Generally, the No Win No Fee rate ranges from 25% to 50% plus VAT. Our panel members will inform you about the exact fee before you enter into any agreement. Please note that if you decide to cancel your claim with a panel member after the cooling-off period, there may be a termination fee. It's important to know that our panel members compensate us with a referral fee for successfully introducing you to them. Rest assured; Palmira does not charge any fee for our service.

How we will assist you
Palmira offers this website as an introductory service to help you connect with a specialised solicitor without any charges. Please note that Palmira is not qualified to provide legal advice since we are not lawyers. If we can't assist you, we will let you know and you may seek legal advice from elsewhere.

If you decide to enter a legal services contract, it will be with one of our panel solicitors, not Palmira. Therefore, we cannot take any responsibility or liability for any legal advice or work carried out by our panel solicitors or any other solicitor you appoint. You are not obliged to instruct any of our solicitors.

Solicitor firms pay for marketing, call handling and other services. This does not affect the value of your claim in any way. If you are close to the time limit for making a claim, do not wait, contact the solicitor firm immediately.
